Today is definitely a guacamole and chips day. I don't really know what defines a day such as this, but really just every day is a guacamole and chips kind of day.

I usually make enough for multiple people. I also love love love onions and garlic, so really you can put however much of each ingredient in that satisfies you!
Here is the recipe for how I make this staple in my diet:
- 3-5 avocados
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1/3 of an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lime (rolled on the counter before cutting so the juices get flowing)
- 1/2 of an orange
- a couple dashes of salt
- cilantro (I don't use this ingredient, but it's defintely a popular one)
Now I usually buy some organic blue corn tortilla chips from the store, but in this instance I forgot the chips! Instead, I sliced up some tortillas and threw them in the oven at 350 degrees until they were crispy to my liking.
